HealthForce aims to bring a positive impact to lives everywhere. It will achieve this through community collaboration by increasing access to care and strengthening a diverse healthcare workforce. With this intention, the Junior Medical Academy program and the Salud Certification are two examples of where HealthForce has put its focus into action. HealthForce needs collaboration from all community members to impact the most lives. Whether you are interested in helping with education, building a health hub in your community, expanding healthcare access for others, or determining healthcare needs in a community there is a place for you to impact lives.

The Junior Medical Academy program is very adaptable and can be created to fit a variety of needs. Talking to your school principal, CTE coordinator, or after-school program director is the first step. The second step is to schedule a time to meet with the HealthForce team.

Salud Certified™ is still under construction. Currently, the vision is for a medical office or practice to become Salud Certified™. However, individuals might be able to become Salud Certified™ in the future.
